The new panoramic heated outdoor swimming pool of the Olympic SPA Hotel in Val di Fassa is ideal for a swim between the Dolomites or for enjoyable relaxing moments in the warm water, while the crisp mountain air all around you will recharge you with new energy.

Both inside the wellness centre and outside, you will find an hydromassage tub.

In winter, experience the contrast between the fresh mountain air on your skin while you are immersed in hot water, and admire the snowflakes as they slowly fall, covering the surrounding panorama of Val di Fassa in a white blanket.

In spring and summer, let yourself be embraced by the warm rays of sunshine while your body is enveloped in the waters of the pool.

The swimming pool open every day from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
The swimming pool heated to 33/34° throughout the year.
What to bring: just your swimming costume, because you will find bath towels, swimming caps and slippers in your room.

Taking a sauna is a ritual.

The Olympic, the hotel in Trentino with the wellness centre & spa “Te Jaga", have devised a course for you that will let you enjoy the extraordinary benefits of steam, fragrances, essential oils, extreme heat and immediate freshness.

You must try the warm embrace of the Spa: with herbal saunas, Turkish bath, tropical shower, in an Alpine lodge with Finnish sauna.
So that you can experience these moments intimately, we also created the Private Spa Suite, a private and exclusive space for absolute relaxation.

In the ’Olympic's Sauna World you will find:

• A herbal sauna with a spectacular view of the Dolomites: imagine the sweet sensation of warmth surrounding you while you witness the blazing sunset between the mountain peaks.
• Finnish sauna in an Alpine lodge: alternate the enveloping heat of the sauna with the crisp air of the mountains.
• Turkish bath: an embrace of aromatic perfumes and mountain balsam steam.
• Ice shower: an immediate chill after the sauna or Turkish bath, to rebalance the body temperature and revitalise body and mind.

Opening hours and important information
Sauna opening hours: every day from 2 pm to 8 pm.
To fully benefit from all the properties of the sauna and the Turkish bath it is compulsory to enter without a bathing costume.
Do not sit directly on the wood, but first lay down a towel (available in the wellness centre).

The relaxation areas are a more sincere connection with nature: you will find everythingò that moved you and invigorated you with new energy in your escapes in Val di Fassa in these nests of peace and wellbeing.

Bosco (woods), Sinfonia, Natura and the Respiro (breath) Room with the beneficial perfume of Hickory Pine: in the “Te Jaga” Beauty&Spa you will find real refuges for relaxation, where time will stand still and you can let go, sipping an organic infusion in the Vital Bar.

Di grande impatto la nuova sauna sugli alberi, sopraelevata, realizzata interamente in legno, che si mimetizza con il bosco, con accesso solo esterno, attraverso una passerella, per garantire un contatto immediato con la natura circostante.

Per beneficiare di tutte le proprietà nella sauna è obbligatorio entrare senza costume.
Non appoggiatevi direttamente sul legno, ma stendete prima un telo (a vostra completa disposizione nel centro benessere).
