Qi Gong

equences of physical and energetic exercises useful for preserving a person's state of well-being and increasing their level of vitality.
The exercises are based on the quality and quantity of the gesture, awareness of the breath and the correct mental attitude.
The practice can be done standing, sitting or lying down.
Qi Gong teaches good posture, correct breathing and greater sensitivity for one's own body.

After the practice, Irene Deflorian, Tai Chi and Qi Gong teacher, gives you a mini-procedure that you can then practise at home on your own. She also informs you about correct lifestyles that can be useful to you according to the principles of Holistic Wellness.

Thai Chi

An ancient martial art, an energetic and meditative practice in which slow, simple and harmonious body movements are performed, suitable for all ages, excellent for preventing the onset of physical, mental and spiritual disharmonies, and for releasing and increasing energy throughout the body.
The sequences of forms and exercises help us regain
balance, stability, relaxation, physical and inner strength, energy, flexibility, harmony of form, improved circulation of lymph and blood, and improved functionality of the entire organism.

"Mindfullness" Meditation

Meditation in mindfulness is the miracle through which we find ourselves and bring our mind back to a state of loving and peaceful presence.
We practise mindfulness to develop concentration and the ability to fully experience every moment of life.
Breathing is an extremely effective natural tool that can prevent dissipation.
We thus sit in meditation to help us cultivate peace, joy and non-violence, and to relax and let go of everything that is not conducive to our Well-Being.

Individual Sessions

During the individual, personalised session, requests or wishes are activated by the client, which can relate to various areas of life.
