A real comfort breakfast that we are happy to offer you in summer, once a week in our grandfather's lodge in Fuciade.
Our Manuela will prepare everything in the finest detail, coming to the lodge the evening before. In the morning, when the sun rises, she will light the fire, fetch water from the stream and milk fresh from the cow, arrange cold meats and cheeses of many kinds on the table, as well as fragrant Alpine butter, fresh bread, jams and potatoes that are out of this world, and will await the arrival of the guests.
Sitting together around a table, you can taste the sumptuous Alpine products and listen to stories about grandfather Carlo, who spent his summers taking the cows to pasture in the Alps.
A simple but authentic meal, it recalls the modest breakfasts of those who worked in the mountain pastures, and will help you begin the day in close contact with nature and its energy.
